Meet the Trainers

Judith Sunderland

Judith is an experienced trainer with considerable experience within the professional sectors.

After leaving University she started her management career in the National Health Service, where she acquired expertise in:

Change management
Risk assessment
Training
Commissioning of new projects
Developing, negotiating and implementing new policies and procedures.

After 13 years she left her Chief Executive position within the National Health Service to own and run a Country House Hotel in the Yorkshire Dales which stimulated her interest in Food Safety and Health and Safety training.

Judith has developed expertise as a HACCP practitioner, auditor, trainer and examiner and has acquired a breadth of experience in the food industry.

Judith has designed and delivered a wide range of management courses, specialising in communication skills, team building, leadership, appraisal skills and change management. She is a senior examiner and moderator with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and an examiner for HACCP with the Royal Institute of Public Health.

Judith holds a NEBOSH certificate and is also an IRCA Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2000).

Ruth Bell

Ruth is a specialist HACCP practitioner, food safety trainer and auditor and nutrition consultant. Ruth holds a degree in HACCP and is a registered examiner for food safety with CIEH and RSPH and a qualified lead auditor.

Jo Fisher

Jo is a dynamic and innovative training consultant who specialises in designing and delivering creative and upbeat management development programmes.
