Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders
Under the Licensing Act 2003 any sales of alcohol made on licensed premises must be made by or authorised by a Personal Licence Holder. The personal licence holder qualifications provide candidates with essential knowledge of the legal frameworks surrounding the sale of alcohol in the UK.
